SSC has released the notification for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Exams 2015 for DEO (Data Entry Operator) & LDC (Lower Division Clerk) Recruitment. SSC will conduct an All India Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the Group-“C” posts of Data Entry Operator in Pay Band-1, Grade Pay Rs.2400 and Lower Division Clerk in Pay Band-1, Grade Pay Rs.1900 in various Central Government Ministries / Departments / Offices. The examination will be conducted on Sundays, the 01 November, 15 November, 06 December and 20 December 2015 (01.11.2015, 06.11.2015, 06.12.2015, & 20.12.2015),

Eligibility Criteria for CHSL Exam 2015 for DEO & LDC

Age: The age of the candidates should be 18-27 years as on 01.08.2015 (Born not before 02-08-1988 and not later than 01-08-1997).

Educational Qualification: To appear in CHSL Exam 2015 for DEO & LDC Posts, the minimum education qualification is 12th Standard Pass from recognized board/university.

Scheme of Examination for CHSL Exam 2015 for DEO & LDC

For the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO), the examination will consist of a Written Examination and Skill Test and for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Written Test and Typing Test on Computer will be taken.

The total objective questions will be 200 of 200 marks i.e. each question will carry one mark. Time allocation will be 120 minutes for normal candidates & 160 minutes for Visually Handicapped/Cerebral Palsy candidates. The question from Subject/Topic i.e. General Intelligence, English Language (Basic Knowledge), Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill) and General Awareness will be asked in the written examination. Negative Marking: For wrong answer ¼ marks for each question will be deducted.

Note: The Paper will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions set will be in English & Hindi both language for General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness accept English Language.
