What is the scope for a BBA DegreeThe BBA program aims to develop a student’s intellectual ability, executive personality and managerial skills through an appropriate blending of business and general education. This program assists the student in understanding and developing the unique leadership qualities required for successful managed business functions, an organizational unit or an enterprise. The specific objectives of the program are to produce up to date, assertive and effective executives for business and other organizations, and prepare students for higher studies in business.

While this course provides an overview of business management in a nutshell, it doesn’t offer much scope by itself, unless you follow it up with a good MBA degree. After which you will start off as an executive or assistant manager in any of the business organizations like Manufacturing Companies, Export or Trading, Financial Concerns, Public & Private Sector Banks, NGOs, PSUs or multinational corporations. In the private sector, promotions are essentially based on your efficiency and enterprise, while in the public sector, seniority is the determining factor. Needless to say, the kind of job you will get and the salary you will be offered will to a large extent depend on the reputation of the B School you graduate from. Although students can apply any government vacancies which demand graduation as educational qualification.
